Many women have been raised and socialized to be helpers, pleasers, nice and good girls. We grow up feeling that our worth is tied to how we look and how our partner, our home and children reflect on us. At work, we are often afraid to raise our hand, our voice or our objections. We have doubts about our abilities and sometimes we can't shake the nasty little voices in our heads that tell us we are not good enough. Even when we are wildly successful and happy in our lives, doubts remain. 

When you work with me as your coach, we will prove that not only are you good enough, but that you are powerful beyond measure and that you do make a positive impact on the world!

I will put you in the Driver's Seat at each session to identify your agenda, goals and dreams, your strengths and desires. Together we will also take a look at the barriers, unhealthy beliefs and behaviors that hold you back and keep you from reaching your goals. 

By asking you deep questions, I will guide you to find the answers that are already inside you. As we work together you will find positive energy to move forward toward new possibilities with passion and joy as you fulfill your dreams!
