Hi, I'm Dani!

Like many of you, I am a wife, a mother and a grandmother. I have an amazing husband and have 3 married sons and 6 grandchildren; 3 boys and 3 girls. These roles have always been the most meaningful to me.

I started my working life as a teacher. From there I had a long career in the nonprofit world helping organizations to fulfill their missions, raising funds, managing events and developing leaders.

After 30 years in the non profit realm, I decided to join my husband in growing and managing our family Janitorial Company. Together we have increased the size and scope of that business by more than 800%. During that time I also worked for a major international networking organization to help entrepreneurs build their businesses.

Having achieved success in business, I am now ready to pursue a truly personal passion. I now coach, empower and support women like you to have more clarity, courage and self confidence. I will work with you to connect to your own passion and purpose and to set and reach your goals so that you can lead a happier and more fulfilling life.

Like many of you, no matter how successful I have been, I suffered for many years from depression, anxiety, doubts, low self esteem and impostor syndrome. For years I spent thousands of dollars on therapy with no resolution to the negative thoughts and feelings that weighed me down since childhood and held me back. Eventually I stopped dwelling on the past and I started to change my self limiting thoughts and behaviors step by step. I worked diligently and over time I was able to shift my energy from “catabolic” negativity where I felt like a perpetual victim to “anabolic” positive energy where I feel joyful, productive and positively responsible for all of my success! 

My journey would have been so much easier with a coach to guide and support me and that is why I have trained to become a professional coach ready to help YOU through whatever challenges you may face in becoming the best, most happy and successful version of yourself!

When I am not working, you can find me enjoying my grandchildren, reading, baking and cooking, drinking good wine and enjoying music, art and theater. My greatest passion is traveling with my husband, the love of my life. My natural genuine curiosity and enjoyment of meeting people and building new relationships is the perfect foundation for being a great coach.
